SALINAS, PUERTO RICO - César "Junito" Seda (20-0, 15KOs), the NABO champion of the World Boxing Organization (WBO) at 115-pounds, looked comfortable this morning by scoring 128.25-pounds during the first pre-fight weigh-in for his world title fight against WBO champion Omar Narvaez (33-0-2, 19KO's) on the 15th of April in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

"I feel fine and comfortable making weight," said Seda, Jr.  "We are focused on this fight with Narvaez and  I'm ready for whatever he brings. We know that Omar is a first class fighter and for that reason we will be well prepared."
