Puerto Rican puncher Cesar Seda Jr. (21-1, 15KOs) is going to return in a ten round contest on March 23rd in Texas. The fight, scheduled to take place at 118-pounds, will reportedly be televised by ESPN. The opponent will be Sergio Perales (19-1, 12KOs), who suffered his first career defeat in his last outing. Since losing a decision to longtime champion Omar Narvaez last April, Seda returned in August to defeat Jose Silveira on points and wants to work his way to a title shot by the end of year.
