Former world champion Carl Froch walked away from boxing on a very high note, when he knocked out out George Groves in 2014 rematch before a crowd of 80,000 fans at Wembley Stadium in London. Froch now works as a broadcast analyst for major boxing events that are showcased by Sky Sports.

Carl Froch has lashed out in the direction of his career rival, Andre Ward. The two retired former world champions have been trading words since 2011, when Ward won a twelve round unanimous decision over Froch in the final bout of the Super Six tournament.

Leigh Wood is eager to emulate fellow Nottingham fighter Carl Froch by becoming a regular headline attraction in his home city as he prepares to make the first defence of his Commonwealth Featherweight crown against Ryan Doyle at the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham this Friday, live on Sky Sports in the UK and DAZN in the US.
Former world champion Carl Froch was in full agreement with outcome, as Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez unified two middleweight titles on Saturday, earning a unanimous decision over Daniel Jacobs in a fight that pitted two of the world’s top fighters at 160-pounds with three world titles on the line.
