| Canelo: Shane Mosley is Dangerous, But This is My Time!

By Miguel Rivera WBC junior middleweight champion Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (39-0-1, 29KOs) is ready to face "Sugar" Shane Mosley on Saturday night. On Tuesday, Canelo arrived at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, where he faces Mosley. Canelo arrived in black limousine with his team and he was quickly mobbed by a huge crowd of fans. Canelo took some time out to take pictures and sign autographs with his fans who were waiting impatiently. Canelo realizes the danger at stake in his scheduled fight with Mosley, a former three division champion, but the 21-year-old Mexican star expects to secure a victory in order to push his career to the next level. "I'm not coming with the mentality of knocking him out, but I'm coming to give all of my effort in the ring and we will win. I have never worked this hard before, it motivates me, and I'm ready to return with a big win. I've prepared very well so I don't fail my people. We know Mosley is a dangerous opponent, a tough test, but we are ready to confront him. He's a fighter who has fought the best in the world, but this is my time and I will win," Alvarez said. Mosley needs to be considered much more to be a live underdog IMO. He lost to three elusive and two fast fighters immediately after kicking the **** out of a fighter who was there to hit.
Now he gets put into the ring with a kid who's been knocking out old ladies and ****, so I just can't und... |

Come saturday night we will see what Canelo is made out of. I'm just pump for this fight, really want to see if Canelo can handle getting hit flush by Mosley and how Mosley reacts to Canelo's power.:boxing: |

some how and for some unexplicable reason I feel this is going to be more competitive than people is giving credit for....canelo's style is the same as Mosley's and altough Mosley is old he has speed and power too I expect him to loose but not as bad as people mekes it look like here. |

I don't see how Mosley can win this. This might end up as Mosley's worst fight ever. Mosley's retirement is the only logical step after this. |

Well it's his time till he fights Mayweather next and gets destroyed. This guy should have fought the likes of Kirkland, Molina, Vanes, not shells and ghosts of name fighters just to hype him.
