Canelo-Lara: ALL ACCESS Debuts on June 27, SHO

NEW YORK – SHOWTIME SPORTS® will offer the latest edition of the Emmy® Award-winning original documentary series ALL ACCESS in advance of the SHOWTME PPV event “Honor & Glory: Canelo Alvarez vs. Erislandy Lara,” a showdown between the No. 1 and No. 2 world-ranked fighters in the junior middleweight division on Saturday, July 12 from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

ALL ACCESS: Canelo vs. Lara Episode 1 will premiere Friday, June 27, on SHOWTIME at 9 p.m. ET/PT and will be immediately followed by a ShoBox: The New Generation tripleheader headlined by Errol Spence Jr. vs. Ronald Cruz in a 10-round welterweight matchup.

ALL ACCESS gives viewers exclusive behind-the-scenes coverage as Canelo and Lara prepare for the biggest boxing event of the summer.  Episode 1 takes viewers on private jets and on stage at each press conference during their four-city kickoff press tour.  ALL ACCESS cameras join Lara at his home in Houston to meet his family and visit Canelo in San Diego as the fighters enter training camp for “Honor & Glory.”

Emmy Award-winning actor Barry Pepper returns as the voice of ALL ACCESS, which delivers uniquely intimate access by allowing its subjects to guide the narrative on real terms.

Episode 2 will premiere Wednesday, July 9 at 9 p.m. ET/PT, with only days to go before fight night.
