| Caballero vs Garcia Talks Continue as Deadline Moves
By Jhonny Gonzalez According to the Rogelio Espino, the promoter for WBA featherweight champion Celestino "Pelenchín" Caballero (36-4, 23KOs), talks are ongoing for his boxer to satisfy a mandatory obligation to fight undefeated Mikey Garcia (28-0, 24KOs). Espiño is trying to reach an agreement before the deadline, as the World Boxing Association gave both sides until April 13th to reach a deal, before a purse bid is ordered. Espino says Caballero is very eager to face Garcia. Tags: Celestino Caballero , Mikey Garcia , Caballero-Garcia , Caballero vs Garcia |

If this fight does happen it would be one fight I wouldn't miss. I would favor Garcia by Knockout. Caballero has had he's chances. He blew it so many times. He's like the Buffalo Bills in the early 90's. |
