During his current visit to Nicaragua, Promoter Don King met with President Daniel Ortega and sold the idea of a November show with Ricardo Mayorga facing champion Cornelius "K9" Bundrage for junior middleweight crown of the International Boxing Federation (IBF). The IBF is not likely to approve this fight because Mayorga is coming off a knockout loss to WBA champion Miguel Cotto but more important the boxer is not ranked by the IBF. Based on his performance against Cotto, he could probably receive approval to face "regular" WBA champion Austin Trout.

The IBF is becoming the most accredited sanctioning body of them all. They're leading by example. Boxers should boycott that wbc bull**** organization.
