IBF welterweight champion Kell Brook feels Amir Khan (31-3, 19KOs) is making a big mistake if he decides to pass him over in favor of a rematch with Danny Garcia.

Khan plans to return on a date in March and then he wants to fight the Garcia-Guerrero winner.

Garcia is a big favorite to win the fight. Khan hopes to get Garcia in the ring for a second time. The Philadelphia fighter stopped Khan in four rounds in a 2012 junior welterweight unification.

Brook has a scheduled mandatory defense against Kevin Bizier (25-2, 17KOs) at the Sheffield Arena on March 26. It will be Brook's third defense of the title since winning the belt from Shawn Porter in August, 2014.

Brook's promoter, Eddie Hearn of Matchroom Sport, had set aside a date of June 4th at Wembley Arena for a potential fight with Khan. Hearn and Brook were hoping to match the record 2014 crowd of 80,000 that was generated by Carl Froch's rematch with George Groves. A Khan-Brook clash is also sure shot for Sky's Pay-Per-View arm.

Hearn was trying to make the fight for much of last year, but Khan was attempting to get big dates with Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao.

If he decides to go with Garcia, Brook feels Khan will lose a lot of money from a huge showdown at Wembley.

"Amir who? Amir Khan, yeah? Amir has been chasing the Mayweather fight. The Pacquiao fight didn't happen. Garcia, a guy who knocked him out. If [Khan] fights him, he probably will be off [a large] amount of money by not fighting me. We have issues, we don't like each other. 80,000 people at Wembley in the summer. It don't get any better than that," Brook told Sky Sports.

"If he doesn't like me that much, he has a chance to punch me in the face in the summer. Lets make it happen for the fans. He's got nowhere else to run. I have a world title here and I'm ready to defend it in the summer. But if he fights Garcia, good luck to him. I just know that I'll be fighting a big name in the summer after I get done with Kevin Bizier."
