WBA junior welterweight champion Adrien Broner has lashed out after Top Rank's Bob Arum, promoter for Manny Pacquiao, ruled out the Cincinnati fighter as a potential opponent for April 9th in Las Vegas.

On Monday, Arum spoke with BoxingScene.com's Steve Kim and said Broner was not being considered.

The three fighters that have long been in the running have been WBO welterweight champion Timothy Bradley, WBO junior welterweight champion Terence Crawford and British star Amir Khan.

Bradley, who fought Pacquiao twice, is viewed as the frontrunner to get the fight.

Word of Arum's comments got back to Broner, who reacted to his followers.

"Bob Arum bitch ass don't want to make the fight because he's upset I ain't sign with him when he tried to sell me a dream at his crib in LA. It's a lot of bullsh*t that go on behind the doors of boxing. I'm just somebody who go stand up for myself and make my own money. I'm my own brand I don't need nobody but the people I been with," Broner stated on the social networks.

The conversation between Arum and Broner is part of Top Rank's lawsuit against Broner's adviser Al Haymon. In the legal documents, Top Rank claims Broner and other Haymon fighters were interested in signing with their company, but the powerful manager allegedly advised them to turn Top Rank down.
