WBA welterweight champion Adrien Broner (27-0, 24KOs) lashed out at his critics on the social networks. Broner is being lined up for a Showtime televised date in November. He also sent a few parting shots at Marcos Maidana and his Argentine countryman Lucas Matthysse. Golden Boy Promotions would like to match Broner and Maidana in November. Matthysse challenges Broner's friend, WBA/WBA junior welterweight champion Danny Garcia, on September 14th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
"I see a lot of people hating on me and my decisions. Well listen, I ain't perfect but I know one thing I'm UNDEFEATED and young and on top. I'm on one of the biggest tours this year. I'm blessed..... I love my haters and the ones who love me. You're a damn fool if you think Maidana can beat me. And when I'm done when this b*tch Maidana, I'm [going to] go f*** Matthysse up," Broner vented.
