After four title defenses of WBA 'regular' light heavyweight belt, Juergen Braehmer (46-2, 34 KOs) will fight again on September 5th in Germany. The information comes from promoter Kalle Sauerland of Sauerland Event, who handle the boxer.
It is very likely, that the same day heavyweight contender Kubrat Pulev (20-1, 11 KOs) will come back to the ring as well. Everything depends on his shape. It would be the first fight for Pulev since last year's knockout defeat at the hands of WBA/IBO/WBO/IBF heavyweight champion.
"Kubrat started some light training. We are observing his progress, and depending on his status he will fight just before the vacation break, or not far after the vacation break."
