WBA "regular" light heavyweight champion Juergen Braehmer (43-2, 32 KOs) will return to action on June 7th at the Schwerin Sport and Congress Hall in Schwerin, Germany. Braehmer was last seen in action earlier this month, on April 5th in Rostock, when he stopped former WBO cruiserweight champion Enzo Maccarinelli. The opponent of Bräehmer is not yet finalized, but he will be announced shortly. Sauerland Event will promote the show.

Sauerland's cruiserweight champions are still on the shelf. Marco Huck, who suffered a broken thumb, and Yoan Pablo Hernandez, who suffered a stomach infection, will return to action in the coming months. The date of June 7th was too soon for either fighter.

" Both are doing better, but we want to take any unnecessary risks in terms of the boxer. June 7 as a fight date was premature for both. The health of our athletes always have priority . Now they have sufficient time to prepare for their next title defenses reasonable, " says Sauerland managing director Christian Meyer. Your trainer , Ulli Wegner agrees with : " We have to protect the boys . Both are very valuable for our boxing stable . We still have many things for them - many world championship fights are Hernandez and Huck nor deny . "
