Text by Edward Chaykovsky, Interview by Chris Robinson

Trainer Joel Diaz is confident WBO welterweight champion Timothy Bradley is going to defeat eight division champ Manny Pacquiao on April 12th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Two years ago, Bradley won a controversial twelve round split decision over Pacquiao. They will clash once again at the same venue and Diaz wants no controversy at the end.

Since their first meeting, Bradley won a Fight of The Year battle with Ruslan Provodnikov and then won a twelve round decision over Mexican star Juan Manuel Marquez. On the other side, Pacquiao was knocked out cold in six rounds by Marquez and then won a lopsided twelve round decision against an overmatched Brandon Rios.

"In the first fight, Tim hardly got hit. At the end of the fight his face was clean. Manny Pacquiao was only fighting 30 seconds of every round. Pacquiao just got frustrated that he couldn't hit Bradley. I just think that Manny Pacquiao, at this point in his career, is not the same Manny Pacquiao from three-four years ago. Timothy's confidence is high after beating Juan Manuel Marquez, he's a more mature fighter and he knows what to expect this time," Diaz said.
I wonder if Bradley has viewed the fight like he said he would to see if the judges gave the right decision yet? Yet he still hasn't admitted he lost to Pac? In that case no one will ever believe a word Bradley says, like the boy who cried wolf. Your face was hardly marked as...
Pacquiao's so good when he doesn't knock out his opponent its not a win.
Still love Bradley's comment about how Manny was "scared" against Rios, even though he swept all 12 rounds, lmao.
I'm not a Bradley fan but he'll do better this time around. I think the lesson he learned in the Provodnikov fight will boost his confidence against Pacquiao. Bradley fought a smart fight against Marquez. I'll say this, if Pacquiao fights Bradley the way he did Rios, he'll lo...
