In the opinion of Top Rank CEO Bob Arum, WBC middleweight Miguel Cotto (39-4, 32KOs) will have his hands full on June 6th at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Cotto will make the first defense of his title against three time middleweight champion Daniel Geale (31-3, 16KOs).

Last year, Geale was stopped in three rounds by WBA/IBO champion Gennady "GGG" Golovkin, but Arum says fans should not get fixated on the outcome of that fight - because Cotto is not as big or as devastating as GGG.

"Let me tell you something....Cotto does not have an easy fight with Danny Geale on June 6th. I know Triple G destroyed Geale, but Cotto is not Triple G," Arum told BoxingScene.com.

Arum's company promoted Cotto for nearly his entire pro career. Earlier this year, Cotto signed an exclusive multi-fight deal with Roc Nation Sports.

Golovkin is currently the mandatory challenger to Cotto.

If Arum was still in charge of promoting Cotto - would he sit down with K2 Promotions to make a fight with Golovkin?

"Are you crazy? Of course not. Cotto is really not a middleweight," Arum said.
