BJ Flores Punishes and Stops Nick Iannuzzi in Five

At the O’Reilly Center in Springfield, Missouri, cruiserweight contender BJ Flores (25-1-1, 16 KOs) stopped Nick Iannuzzi (16-3, 9 KOs) in five rounds. Flores landed an overhand right that dropped Iannuzzi hard in the first round. He was down until the count of eight and barely made it up. He was saved by the bell. Flores then punished Iannuzzi until the boxer's corner stopped the contest at the end of the fifth round. All three judges had it scored 50-44 after five rounds.

BJ won the fight in the first round with the big right hand. Nick was running for the rest of the fight and never tried to win after that. I don't know if it is just the difference between in-person…

I remember watching Flores fighting in ESPN, forgot the name of the opponent but i think its Davis. Flores was getting praised from the media and fans. But that was 3-4 years ago. I know he appears on ESPN friday…
