TONY BELLEW is aiming to take out his frustrations on Danny McIntosh tonight and take his British light- heavyweight title off him.
The fight takes place in Bellews home city of Liverpool at the Echo Arena, where the Scouser controversially lost on points to Nathan Cleverly in his last bout in October.
Bellew is angry that, despite emerging from the fight with credit, he has not been back in the ring since.
Im coming off the back of my best performance and feel that I have been punished for fighting so well, he said.
Ive been left on the shelf for way too long and Ill take it out on Danny. I know I am in great shape and will do the business in style.
Bellew believes McIntosh, 32, from Norwich, does not prepare too meticulously.
He said: Danny doesnt do things right outside the ring. But hes a dangerous fighter and bigger puncher than Cleverly, so Im not taking this lightly.
