New York - Former world champion Marco Antonio Barrera (67-7, 44 KOs) is part of the international broadcast team for tonight's rematch between Miguel Cotto and Antonio Margarito at Madison Square Garden. He says the rematch will answer all of the outstanding questions and reveal everything about the first fight, whether Margarito won because of tainted-handwraps or the win was legit. It will also anwere the question on which of the two fighters has more left in their tank.
"It's a tough fight for both of the and very significant. Let's see if what happened in the first fight, if it was the handswraps or not. I think we are going to discover everything. If Cotto comes out in the way that many think he will, he's going to win a decision. is the real weight of of Margarito but the gloves are 10 ounces, so I lean towards a decision. Cotto has two handicaps in his favor. First, the hands are well-bandaged [on Margarito] and two, Margarito is coming off a fractured orbital bone and it won't be easy when he gets hit there. Those are two points in Cotto's favor and hopefully he takes advantage of them," Barrera said.
