Avalos vs. Araiza: Lineup is Updated For Solo Boxeo

Los Angeles, CA- Jessie Magdaleno, who was supposed to co-headline the February 23rd fight card presented by Top Rank and televised on UNIMAS (Formerly Telefutura) through their very popular ''SOLO BOXEO'' Tecate series has been pulled from the card, making the exciting and sharp-shooting Chris Avalos the center stage performer of the night's card at the C. Robert Lee Center in Hawaiian Gardens, CA.

Chris Avalos, 20-2, (15KOs) hailing from Lancaster California, will surely make the most of this opportunity as the featured fighter and look to is make a statement, in the cross hairs will be the experimented Jose Luis Araiza.

Avalos could easily be undefeated, as both of his losses came via tight-split decisions.  An impressive outing would elevate the 23-year old fighter into possible title contention.

Michael Finney 9-0 (7KOs) Vs. Jesus Vallejo 5-8-1 (5KOs) in a 6 Round Welterweights bout.

Erik DeLeon 1-0 (1KO) takes on Carlos Gonzalez 1-2  in a four round Lightweight fight.

Also featured will be KO artist, Light Heavyweight Trevor McCumby 9-0 (8KOs) takes on Ricardo Campillo 7-5-1 (5KOs)

Featherweight Toka-Kahn Clary 3-0-0-1 (2KOs) vs TBA.

Welterweight Andrew Ruiz 4-0 (2KOs) vs David Castillo 3-5


Featherweight Edgar Valero 2-0 (2KOs) vs. TBA And a pair of pro-debut fighters in Featherweight Pedro Duran and also Hawaiian Gardens own Super Lightweight Danny Ramirez vs. opponents to be named.

The festivities begin at 6:30PM, doors open at 6:00PM

Tickets are priced at $30 and $50 dollars and can be bought through the phone or the day of the event at the venue.
