ESPN broadcast analyst Teddy Atlas is not in favor of a rematch between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao. Atlas was ringside last Saturday night in Las Vegas, watching Mayweather win a twelve round unanimous decision over Pacquiao.

There has now been talk of a rematch in 2016, after Pacquiao revealed that he came into the contest with a pre-existing right shoulder injury. Pacquiao further injured himself during the fight and had surgery on the injury on Wednesday.

"Never, [fans will] never [want to] see it again. They are not going to buy this and I don't blame them. No way. Buy that again? Are you kidding me. Once was too many times. No, that's it," Atlas said on XM Radio.

Atlas then explained how the event was a big disappointment for the average fight fan, from start to finish.

"The fans waited for five, six years for this. A lot of the common fight fans, the ones I care about, they couldn't even get to the arena because of the ticket prices being jacked up so damn high and the greed of the promoters if you want to speak the truth. The best they could do is get to the weighin and they charged for that, $10 dollars, and they couldn't even get a 10 dollar ticket because they hit the secondary market and those were going for 2, 3 and 400 dollars. So fans have a right to be disappointed after going through all that. This wasn't for the fight fans. When I walked into that arena, I felt more like I was at a CEO convention than I was at a fight with fight fans," Atlas said.
