Arum Rips Sulaiman Over Marquez Jab: He's an *sshole!

By Ryan Burton

MGM Grand, Las Vegas - Prior to the sensational third fight between Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez, WBC president Jose Sulaiman condemned the fight by calling it a mismatch. Sulaiman felt Marquez was too old, too small and not strong enough to deal with Pacquiao. Sulaiman was wrong. Pacquiao won a very close twelve round majority decision, with many ringside observers believing Marquez was the victor.

At the beginning of the post-fight press conference. a fired up Bob Arum, the CEO pf Top Rank, asked the media from Mexico to deliver a message to Suliaman.

"Are any of the media from Mexico here yet?" Asked Arum as a few reporters raised their hands.

"Tell the president of the WBC what an *sshole he is.  Tell him that I called him that. Juan Manuel Marquez is a great fighter.  He doesn't know what he is talking about"

I'm a fan of Manny's, but there's no way he won that fight. Marquez fought a great and won at least 7 rounds - I scored it 116-112 for Marquez

This mother fucker should be the last one to talk. Remember when Marquez used to be a Top Rank fighter?
