WBO super lightweight champion Terence Crawford (28-0, 20KOs) appeared to be in tremendous shape in a photo he posted on Instagram over the weekend.

He faces fellow unbeaten champion Viktor Postol (28-0, 12KOs), who holds the WBC belt, on July 23rd at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The bout will headline a HBO distributed pay-per-view card.

Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum, who promotes both fighters, believes that Crawford is taking the fight very seriously.

"Absolutely. Postol is by far his toughest opponent. In fact Saturday, I was in Fresno, actually Lemoore in the Central Valley for Jose Ramirez's fight - Jose looked tremendous (he stopped Tomas Mendez in 4 rounds). He sparred with Postol and really learned a lot from it. He said Postol is disciplined and always comes to the gym on time.

"Jose Benavidez, who is on the card (against Francisco Santana) also sparred with Postol said that he is in great shape and is very determined so this was really confirmed by two eye witnesses and Freddie Roach said the same thing. Freddie was up in Fresno with Ramirez and I talked with Freddie about it," Arum told BoxingScene.com.

In two of his past three fights, Postol has scored knockouts over normally durable opponents. Last October he stopped the hard hitting Argentine Lucas Matthysse and in May, 2014 he scored a highlight reel one-punch knockout of Selcuk Aydin.
