By Rick Reeno MGM Grand, Las Vegas - Top Rank's CEO, Bob Arum, believes WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao would dominate Floyd Mayweather Jr. in the same manner as Shane Mosley, and other past opponents of the Filipino champion. Arum believes Mayweather is ducking the fight because he knows the outcome would be one-sided in Pacquiao's favor. "He would beat the crap out of Mayweather Jr. I guarantee it.....I guarantee it.
