Thomas & Mack Center, Las Vegas, NV - Shortly after Sergio Martinez's unanimous decision victory over Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., Top Rank CEO Bob Arum revealed that he received a call from Dallas Cowboys' owner Jerry Jones who said that he was interested in hosting a rematch between the two fighters at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

"After the fight I received a phone call from Jerry Jones who said that he wants the rematch at Cowboys Stadium.  We will pack 100,000 people in the stadium next year," Arum stated.

Martinez was cruising to an easy unanimous decision victory when he was caught and dropped by Chavez in the last round. A wobbly Martinez rose to his feet and was able to make it to the final bell.
