According to sources in Poland, including Ringpolska.pl, WBC #14 and former two-time world-title challenger Chris Arreola (36-4-1, 31 KOs) is being considered as the next opponent for comebacking Polish heavyweight gun Artur Szpilka (20-1, 15 KOs).

“This fight can show what my worth," commented the WBC/IBF #7 and WBO #10 rated heavyweight.

Szpilka’s coach Ronnie Shields believes that his protégé is just two fights removed from his first career title shot.

26-year old Szpilka is 3-0, 3 KOs, in 2015. He has stopped Cuban Yasmany “El Tiburon” Consuegra in his most recent outing. 34-year old Arreola wasn’t that lucky, managing just a draw against little-known heavyweight Fred Kassi.

Szpilka's only loss came at the hands of Bryant Jennings last year in New York's Madison Square Garden. He bounced back strongly by year's end with a decision victory over former two division champion, countryman Tomasz Adamek.
