Photos: Tyson Marquez Announces Diale Title Defense

WBA flyweight world champion Hernan "Tyson" Marquez will face Filipino Ardin "The Poison" Diale on the 23rd of June at the CUM of Hermosillo, Sonora which will be transmitted on Azteca 7, "La Casa del Boxeo."

Marquez (33-2, 26 KOs) vs. Diale (19-6-3, 5 KOs) became official at a press conference at restaurant in the sports university. On the undercard, prospect David "Tornado" Sanchez (21-1, 16 KOs) will go against the former super flyweight world champion of the WBA, Venezuelan Jean Piero Perez (18-4, 14 KOs).

"With the style of Diale, it will be an explosive fight with constant punches and I like that,: Marquez said. "Although we are focused entirely on Diale, my dream is to unify titles with Bryan Viloria and hopefully we will do that in October. It would be a great fight, but first I must defeat this Filipino and from there I need to ask my promoter Zanfer to me get this fight with Viloria."
