The return of Amir Mansour (20-1, 15 KOs) has been set for November 8, where the heavyweight slugger will headline a huge night of boxing in Bethlehem, PA, co-promoted by the Main Events, Peltz Boxing Promotions Inc., and Bam Boxing, and aired live by the NBC Sports Network.
Three months past their successful debuts on American soil, two undefeated Russians – welterweight Dmitry Mikhaylenko (17-0, 6 KOs) and light heavyweight Vasily Lepikhin (16-0, 9 KOs) – will try to repeat their breakout performances on the televised undercard.
Mikhaylenko, 28, who previously outpointed ex-world title challenger Sechew Powell, will be matched against an opponent to be determined.
WBO #10 and WBA #12 light heavyweight Lepikhin, 29, made a thunderous start overseas in August, effectively annihilating rugged New Zealander Robbert Berridge in five. That was just Professor’s fourth fight after three years off the ring. His opponent on November 8 will be Brazil’s Jackson Junior (15-1, 13 KOs), 29, who is just 1-1 in the States. The fight is also scheduled for eight.
Welterweight Ronald Cruz (20-4, 15 KOs) as well as several more undefeated prospects will also be featured on the card.
