Mariusz Wach (27-0, 15 KOs) has done a lot of sparring with Julius Long (15-17, 13 KOs), as he prepares for his November 10th fight against WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO heavyweight champion - Wladimir Klitschko (58-3, 51 KOs).
Wach fought long in 2009, and stopped him before the start of the seventh round.
Long believes Wach has greatly improved since 2009 fight. He sides with Wach to get the upset.
"I believe Mariusz Wach is in the best shape of his life. It took a long time for him to get here with Klitschko. It's been a long road for this title to get into his hands. I believe its the right time. I believe the Klitschkos will go down this time. In nature, when something bad happens - it must keep happening. I think he's got a whole lot better. He's stronger, has better rhythm. He's on his toes. And I think it will show November 10th," Long said.
"The key to beating Klitschko is to give him different looks that he hasn't seen. He's never fought someone taller than him or equal to that. I've always said, to beat the champion, you have to beat the [sh*t] out of him. I think [Wladimir is] going to get the [sh*t] beat out of him."
