Styles make fights, says Devon Alexander. He sees Amir Khan as a more dangerous, tougher fight than a showdown with current IBF welterweight champion Kell Brook. Alexander lost his IBF title last year to Shawn Porter, who in August lost the same title Brook.
Alexander will face Amir Khan on December 13th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas as the headline fight of a Showtime televised tripleheader.
Although Brook defeated his conqueror, Alexander says the undefeated champion still has a lot to prove, while Khan has faced many of the top fighters time and time again.
“I do see it as a tougher fight [than Brook]. They are both good fighters and both of them would come to win. I just see that Amir Khan is more dangerous than Kell Brook at the moment. Khan is ready, but Kell Brook is still green. He is still to prove himself in my opinion. I'm catching Khan right now when he is in his prime and it's going to mean a lot when I beat him,” Alexander said.
