Welterweight Artemio Reyes, Jr. signed a managerial contract with Cameron Dunkin yesterday.
Dunkin reached out to BoxingScene.com yesterday afternoon.
Aside from now being managed by Dunkin, Reyes is promoted by Thompson Boxing Promotions.
Reyes (19-2, 15 KOs) resides in Colton, CA, about 50 miles to the east of downtown Los Angeles.
He has won his last four bouts in a row since his last defeat at the hands of Alan Sanchez on April 13th of last year.
In his last fight on February 22nd, he stopped Rodolfo Armenta in the second round of a scheduled eight round bout.
His most impressive victory to date as a pro was on October 28th of 2011, when he won an eight round unanimous decision over 2008 United States Olympian Javier Molina.
Although there was talk of Reyes fighting on a May 17th Thompson Boxing Promotions card in Ontario, there is no definitive set date or opponent in his future.
Timothy Bradley, Brandon Rios, Nonito Donaire, and Miguel Angel Garcia are some of the more notable fighters Dunkin manages in the sport.
