Arreola vs Stiverne Bout is Heading To December 15th

According to the bout agreement issued by promoter Don King, the WBC's final eliminator between heavyweight contenders Chris Arreola (35-2, 30KOs) and Bermane Stiverne (22-1-1, 20KOs) will take place on December 15th in Venezuela.

King, who has Stiverne, secured the rights to promote the fight with a monster bid of $1.1 million dollars. Promoter Dan Goossen, who has Arreola, put down $550,000.

If King fails to finalize the event, or come up with the money, the promotional rights would fall to the second highester bidder, which is Goossen.

Arreola putting himself back on the HW map. Would like to see him rematch Adamek next year.
