Armando Santos had his way with visiting Rolio Golez, taking a wide decision win in their main event on a Mexico v. Philippines-themed card in Reynosa, Mexico.

Ganigan Lopez overcame a stiff challenge from Mateo Handig to take a 12-round unanimous decision in their televised co-feature. Scores were 118-110 and 116-112 (twice).
Open scoring revealed that Lopez was ahead the entire fight, though never comfortably. Handig didn't travel from the Philippines just to roll over and play opponent, leading to a supporting bout that was more entertaining than it was officially competitive.
Lopez moves to 23-5 (15KO) with the win, his third straight since losing a title eliminator to Denver Cuello last May. Handig falls to 13-6 (7KO), snapping a five-fight win streak. Among the run was an upset win over former strawweight titlist Katsunari Tokuyama.
