The weights are in for tomorrow's heavyweight showdown at the Tachi Palace in Lemoore, California. Andy Ruiz (24-0) has been out of action all of 2015, as he has focused on transforming his body and it showed.
The undefeated heavyweight prospect weighed in at 247.6 pounds, 20 pounds lighter than he weighed in his last fight which took place in December. His last minute opponent Joell Godfrey (17-14-1) tipped the scales at 210.6. He is a replacement for Delvin Vargas (18-4).
In the co-feature super welterweight bout, undefeated local favorite Daniel Valdivia (8-0) weighed 153.2 while his opponent Jeremy Ramos (9-1) came in at 153.4.
Both bouts will air tomorrow on UniMas' Solo Boxeo series.
