Andres Gutierrez, Yazmin Rivas Back on February 2

The second boxing event that CANELO PROMOTIONS will present in mexican soil will be headlined by the sensational Andres "Jaguar" Gutierrez and the very strong Yazmín "Rusita" Rivas, on Saturday February 2.

"Jaguar" and "Rusita" are currently training in Durango and Queretaro, respectively, which are their home.

"This important event that brings together two of the best fighters that we promote, in addition to " Ranita "Gonzalez and " Cobra Maas", said Eddy Reynoso director of Canelo Promotions.

Both Andres Gutierrez, who is the current Fecarbox WBC featherweight champion, and Yazmin Rivas, IBF bantamweight world champion, will soon know the names of their challengers.

"We started to negotiate with the governments of Querétaro and Durango and the possibility to present this attractive feature on February 2," said Reynoso.

In his recent fights, Gutierrez (24-0-1, 20 KOs) demolished Hugo Berrio, from Venezuela. The fight only went four rounds to established himself as a true contender.

Yazmin Rivas (26-7, 9 KOs) also stopped the dangerous Venezuelan Mayerlin Rivas in her third world title defense of IBF title.
