Things are heating up between former champions Amir Khan and Adrien Broner. The war of words began several days ago, when Floyd Mayweather Jr. promised Khan a future fight - if the British fighter was able to defeat Broner.
Mayweather would like to have the two of them face each other on his pay-per-view undercard, scheduled for May 3rd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
Broner took to the social networks earlier today, and said he was "ready to beat the f*** out of Amir Khan."
But Khan came firing back with a series of messages and numerous images in response.
"Me vs. Maidana. Broner vs. Maidana. Broner, looking at the pictures you were in a lot of trouble. I rest my case!
"Broner should keep quiet. Malanaggi beat him but didn't get it. Maidana destroyed him and I would make him retire."
"Broner You didn't even give an interview after your last fight. Instead you cried your way out of the ring like a baby."
