WBA junior welterweight champion Amir Khan has given his opinion on Saturday's 140-pound unification between WBC king Devon Alexander and WBO champion Timothy Bradley. He picks Bradley to win, but he's personally going to root for Alexander. He feels Alexander would present him with less problems in a possible fight.
Khan is going return on April 16 in the UK. Golden Boy Promotions will attempt to match him in July with the Alexander-Bradley winner. Khan likes his chances against either boxer. He says Alexander is the better puncher, but Bradley is the better boxer and more elusive.
"This should be a really exciting fight. It's considered 50-50 as they are unbeaten. Alexander punches harder but Bradley is a better boxer. It will be a tough night for me whoever wins but I can beat both of them. Though I fancy Bradley, I hope it's Alexander. He would present me with less problems. He is slower than Bradley and nowhere near as slippery," Khan told The Sun.
