Alfredo Angulo To Face Raul Casarez in 11/10 Return

By Rick Reeno

As BoxingScene.com previously reported, Showtime's November 10th broadcast - featuring a super bantamweight clash between WBC champion Abner Mares (24-1, 13KOs), and challenger Anselmo Moreno (33-1-1, 12KOs) - is now becoming a quadrupleheader. The event is taking place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

BoxingScene was advised that Angulo will face Raul Casarez (19-2, 9KOs), who returns from a decision win over veteran JC Candelo. Casarez has not lost since a fight since 2005.

Heavyweight contender Chris Arreola (35-2, 30Kos) will appear in action, and Gary Russell Jr. is one possibility being considered for the fourth bout.
