By Rick Reeno was advised by Don King, promoter for former junior welterweight champion Devon Alexander (21-1, 13 KOs), that he's still trying to finalize the terms for an HBO televised fight against hard-hitting Lucas Matthysse (28-1, 26 KOs) of Argentina. The fight is being positioned for a date of June 25. According to King, negotiations are ongoing with Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer, but so far the two sides have not agreed on the money. King is hoping to finalize a deal.
