Adrian Hernandez Open To Making Next Defense in Japan
After a fabulous fourth defense of his WBC light flyweight championship belt, Adrián Hernández (29-2-1, 18KOs) has awakened a significant groudswell of interest and enthusiasm in Japan. “Confesor”rumbled like a mini Marciano, to overwhelm and TKO his Puerto Rican challenger Janiel Rivera in three thrilling action packed rounds. Now, he's stressing his next fight could take him to Japan.
“I’ll rest some weeks and then I will talk with my promoters. They've told me that there’s a proposal to fight in Japan, I’d love to! I’m the world champion and I'll face anyone anywhere. This is my time and if theres a good purse, sure I'll fight in Japan.”
