Kathy Duva, CEO of Main Events, says Tomasz Adamek, a former light heavyweight and cruiserweight champion, is ready to fight either of the Klitschko brothers in September. WBO, IBO and IBF heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko, and his older brother, WBC king Vitali Klitschko, have signed a deal that will allow either of the Ukrainian siblings to face Adamek in September in a European soccer stadium that borders Germany in either Wroclaw or Warsaw Poland. The stadiums seat around 62,000.

"The Klitschkos have signed, Tomasz Adamek has signed. Everybody has signed. At this point, I know that [The Klitschko's manager] Bernd Boente has told some people and announced in Germany that the fight is on for September, and that Tomasz Adamek will be fighting one of the Klitschkos, probably Wladimir," said Duva.

"But if for some reason Wladimir can't fight him, then Vitali will take his place. It will be in a soccer stadium. It's will be one of the stadiums being prepared for the 2012 European Soccer Championships, and so there is one in Wroclaw and there is one in Warsaw," said Duva.

All three boxers have fights scheduled in the next few months. The younger Klitschko will make an April 30th defense opposite 27-year-old Zimbabwe native Dereck Chisora (14-0, nine KOs) of London. 39-year-old Vitali Klitschko (41-2, 38 KOs) is scheduled for a March defense against Cuban-born Odlanier Solis (17-0, 12 KOs), a former 2004 Olympic gold medalist. Adamek is going to fight in Poland on April 16, with an opponent to be determined.

"This will be the first-ever mega fight in Poland, and it's all good. Tomasz is going to fight in April, and, Wladimir and Vitali both have fights scheduled. Obviously, Adamek and at least one of the Klitschkos has to win for this to happen, and we hope that they all do," said Duva.

"September is a long way off, but one of the reasons that we were able to come to such an amicable agreement is that there's so much money in Poland at that particular point in time because those stadiums are going to be built and ready to go," said Duva. "At the moment, they're still being constructed, but we will be able to enter into this fight immediately and have a great opportunity."
