Adamek Feeling Ill, May Withdraw From Glazkov Bout

By Luke Furman

This Saturday's fight is now in jepoardy. Former two division world champion Tomasz Adamek (49-2, 29 KOs) may withdraw from his fight with hard punching Ukrainian Vyacheslav Głazkov (15-0-1, 11 KOs), which tops an NBC Sports televised card from the Turning Stone Casino in Verona, New York.

According to Adamek's camp, and confirmed by promoter Main Events, the Polish start was feeling ill and went to the doctor on Wednesday.

He plans to give it 24 hours before making a decision on whether or not he intends to go through with the Glazkov fight.
