Frank Warren has officially unveiled his latest big bill at a press conference in London.

The show is due to take place at Wembley Arena on June 15th and will reportedly feature the heavyweight showdown between America's Deontay Wilder, 28-0 (28), and London's Dereck Chisora, 16-4 (10).

Earlier this week, Richard Schaefer, the CEO of Golden Boy Promotions, declared that a fight between Wilder and Chisora was not on the cards, but it now appears that the encounter will take place and it could propel the winner towards a world title fight.

( Editor's Note : Wilder's camp has yet to confirm the fight will actually take place - JD)

Wilder impressed British fans with his single round TKO win over Audley Harrison at Sheffield's Motorpoint Arena on April 27; the 27-year-old, who is nicknamed "The Bronze Bomber" has stopped all of his opponents, but may have to dig a lot deeper than usual if Chisora, 29, turns up fit and focused for the fight.  Chisora posted a ninth-round TKO win over Hector Alfredo Avila on April 20th, his first win since losing by  to David Haye (TKO 5) in July of last year.

Paul Smith's rematch with Tony Dodson for the vacant British Super middleweight title fight will also appear on the card.  Smith, 32-3 (18), won a decision over Dodson, 29-7-1 (14), in March 2010 to successfully defend his British title, although he lost the belt in his next fight, a ninth-round TKO loss to James DeGale.

In other action, Commonwealth welterweight champion Denton Vassell, 20-0 (10), will meet Frankie Gavin, 15-0 (11), both titles will be on the line.  "This is a great fight between two champions who could have gone elsewhere," said Bob Shannon, the trainer of Vassell, when speaking to BoxingScene about the fight.

"Denton's ready to win this — he's been in the gym since he beat Ronnie Heffron last November — and the two lads will put on a great show for the London and traveling fans.  They're both undefeated champions, they're both taking a big risk and this is the type of all-British showdown that gets the attention of the fans."

"People wrote me off when I fought Heffron, but I do my talking in the ring," added Vassell.

The bill has been named "Behind Enemy Lines" due to the presence of Wilder and will also feature rising Super flyweight star Paul Butler, 11-0 (6), and a host of other fighters.
