Shah Khan, father and mentor of former champion Amir Khan (26-3, 18KOs), believes his son will come back even stronger after suffering the third loss of his career. On Saturday night at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Khan was knocked down three times and stopped in the fourth round by Danny Garcia (24-0, 15KOs).

"He was outboxing Danny there. He should have stuck to that. Like [Golden Boy CEO] Richard [Schaefer] said, he has a big heart and likes to engage. And one punch changes everything, which [Garcia] did there. All [Amir] had to do is stay away. But that's how he is [Amir likes to fight], unfortunately,"  Shah said.

"I'm sure that he's going to come back stronger. I am positive that he will come back stronger. The crowd in that arena, I couldn't believe it. We're in the USA and he's a British [fighter]. He's an exciting fighter. The Americans love him. Mandalay loves him. HBO loves him. I'm positive he will come back stronger."
