Sampson Lewkowicz, adviser to WBA featherweight champion Chris John (45-0-2, 22KOs), disputed the recent comments that were made by Billy Dib (33-1, 20KOs), who holds the IBF's version of the title.

In an earlier story on BoxingScene.com, Dib complained that his management was trying to secure a unification with John, but their discussions were going nowhere because John was making "ridiculous" financial demands.

A livid Lewkowicz told BoxingScene that he never spoke to anyone regarding a unification with Dib.

"Nobody spoke to me about that fight or made any offers. If they have the balls, I want them to come to me and say this to my face. Chris John makes an average of $500,000 for any fight in Indonesia, so I want to know what their offer is," Lewkowicz said.

John defends his title on November 30th against Stanyslav Merdov at Challenge Stadium in Australia. Danny Green challenges WBC cruiserweight champion Krzysztof Wlodarczyk in the main event.
