Trainer Emanuel Steward has given his seal of approval on a potential fight between Miguel Cotto and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. Steward, who trains Cotto and helped him win the WBA's 154-pound belt, doesn't see any problem with his boxer facing the much bigger Chavez.

This coming Saturday in Los Angeles, Chavez will challenge undefeated Sebastian Zbik for the WBC middleweight title. Chavez has to win the fight so Cotto can challenge him for the fourth championship of his career. Steward would still like to see Cotto avenge a 2009 TKO loss to Manny Pacquiao. Cotto will attend Chavez's fight to watch the action from ringside.

"I have problem with Miguel fighting Chavez Jr. It's something me and Miguel will have to discuss. I can't speak on behalf of Miguel, but I would love [for him] get another shot at Manny Pacquiao. That would be a dream," Steward told Carlos Gonzalez.
