If undefeated Polish contender Andrzej Wawrzyk (27-0, 13 KOs) pulls off the upset on WBA "regular" heavyweight champion Alexander Povetkin (25-0, 17KOs), he would be obligated for at least three fights to Sauerland Event, who promote Povetkin. The situation is similar to when David Haye challenged Sauerland fighter Nikolai Valuev in 2009 for the very same WBA title. Haye captured the title and then Sauerland had three options on the British boxer. Povetkin-Wawrzyk takes place tomorrow at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russia.
