After beating Celestino Caballero with an upset decision in November, super featherweight contender Jason Litzau (28-2, 21KOs) has become a red hot target. The boxer's stock has risen and now he is the target of several high profile fighters.

Pursuant to multiple reports in Mexico, Golden Boy Promotions is trying to secure Litzau for a fight with Daniel Ponce De Leon (41-2, 34KOs). A report coming out of Cuba suggests that Top Rank is trying to get Litzau for a fight with WBA/IBF featherweight champion Yuriorkis Gamboa (19-0, 15KOs). And in several published reports in Puerto Rico, promoter Peter Rivera of Puerto Rico Best Boxing said he would like to see Litzau in the ring with WBO featherweight champion Juan Manuel Lopez.

All of these fights would take place at 130-pounds, or a catch-weight between 126 and 130. The reports in Mexico reveal that Litzau is unable to make the featherweight limit.
