WBA heavyweight champion David Haye is not worried about his mandatory defense against two-time belt holder John Ruiz. After beating the 7'2 Russian giant Nikolai Valuev last Saturday in Germany, Haye is very confident about his chances to knock Ruiz out cold.

"Next is John Ruiz, he's the mandatory WBA challenger - I have to fight him or I get stripped. I feel I'll knock John Ruiz out. After beating someone 7ft 2, fighting someone who is 6ft 2 - it will be like fighting a cruiserweight and I'll blast straight through him," Haye told sportinglife.

After Ruiz, Haye wants the Klitschko brothers. He doesn't care which brother is up first. Vitali has the WBC title, and younger Wladimir has the WBO/IBO/IBF titles. Vitali has a scheduled defense against Kevin Johnson on December 12. Wladimir has two mandatory tests coming up. The first against WBO mandatory Eddie Chambers in early 2010 and then IBF mandatory Alexander Povetkin.

"Then it's the Klitschko brothers, which one I don't mind - whichever one is available. We can sit round a table and make it happen. We can have a huge unification match," Haye said. "This has put heavyweight boxing back on the map - when was the last time you saw a heavyweight title fight on the back pages?. I'll have the John Ruiz fight, the Klitschkos, a couple of more fights and maybe a young guy coming through who can test me."

Haye is all bark and no bite. He said he would knock out both Klitschko brothers and they even gave him a chance to by making a contract to fight them both, but the he pussed out of both. He talks all this big shit about Valuev and how hes going to knock him out but then fights the exact opposite...
Biggest champ ever doesn't mean you are good, Vakuev f*cking sucks. Good for Haye for beating him but he chose the easiest fight to win a belt. Both Klits would kill him and he knows it or he wouldnt have backed out.
50-1 HW champion sucks? Yes he does but 100 po...
