BoxingScene.com was informed that deal could not be reached for Timothy Bradley's mandatory defense of the WBO junior welterweight title against�Lamont Peterson. The fight is heading to a purse bid, scheduled to take place today [unless postponed]�at 1PM at the WBO's office in Puerto Rico.

There has been some industry�talk that if Top Rank wins the purse bid, the fight could�land on the�November 14 pay-per-view undercard to Manny Pacquiao vs. Miguel Cotto. Obviously if Gary Shaw wins, the fight will likely end up as the headliner on a December 5 televised tripleheader on Showtime.

They better get things worked out because thats a good fight to have as an undercard, shit could be a main event if it wasn't under cotto/pac.
