IBF middleweight champ Arthur Abraham will - as previously reported - defend the title on June 27. Sauerland Event have�announced� that the site will be the Max Schmeling Hall in Berlin and that the opponent is Mahir Oral. Oral, 25-1-2, is promoted by Arena Box Promotion and turned pro back in 2000.

Since joining Arena in 05 his career has taken off but a series of hand injuries have kept the German of Turkish descent from the big breakthrough fight. Oral was just named official challenger for the vacant EBU title along with another Sauerland promoted fighter in Sebastian Sylvester but will now go for a world title instead.
