According to reports coming out of Germany, former heavyweight champion Riddick Bowe, 41, will return to the ring for the first time in three years on the December 13 undercard to Wladimir Klitschko's defense of the IBF/WBO heavyweight titles against Hasim Rahman.

After taking two very bad beating from Andrew Golota, Bowe announced his retirement in 1996. He returned for a fight in 2004 and had another in 2005, performing very bad in both encounters. Bowe has been slated to return several times over the last few years, but pulled out of every fight; somtimes without notice to the event promoters.

Bowe should of done a lot more, the late Eddie Futch said he was one of the most talented heavyweights he ever had. Sad the way his addiction to food ruined him.
